Privacy Policy

SpectrumThrive is for adults 18 and older. If we learn that someone under 18 made an account, we delete it.

• Your account: your email address. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them only to create your account and sign you in, and we never sell them, use them for ads, or share them with anyone else.
• About you: when you join, we ask whether you live in the United States, which descriptions fit you (for example autistic, ADHD, a professional, or a family member), whether that is diagnosed or self-identified (optional), and how you found us. These answers can be sensitive, so they are kept in their own place, apart from your app experience. Onni and the AI tools never use them.
• Setup choices: the name you want to be called, and optional choices such as pronouns, background and how you like Onni to talk with you. Onni uses these only when your personalization switch is on.
• What you write and say in the app: chats with Onni, Untangle, Roots, Patterns, Wins and saved Kinder thoughts. Conversation text is encrypted with your own key before it is stored.
• Voice: when you talk out loud, your voice is turned into text and Onni's replies into speech. We keep no voice recordings.
• Check-ins: short questions in the app about your experience and how life feels. These are optional. Our team reads them to improve the app. We quote a check-in comment only when you say we can, and never with your name.
• Anonymous feedback on spectrumthrive.com/feedback: your note and the kind of note you pick. We save just your words and the kind of note you pick, apart from any account.
• Reviews on spectrumthrive.com/review: your words, and a name to show with them if you type one. We share a review publicly only when you tick the box that says we can. To take a review back, email privacy@atarasystems.com with a few words from it.
• Messages to us: anything you send through Contact Solei, our partner form, or email.
• Email me the link: if you ask spectrumthrive.com to email you the app link, we keep your email address so we know who asked.

• In the app: when you visit, which tools you open, how often you come back, and the energy level you set. These counts never include your words.
• When Onni answers: the time, how long it took, how much it used, and a one-way fingerprint that cannot be turned back into your words. Never the words themselves.
• On spectrumthrive.com: page visit counts through Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies.
• In the reviewer demo: a random visitor number saved in your browser, and a scrambled form of your network address, so we can keep the demo's limits fair. Demo activity stays in your browser and is not tied to an account.

The app saves a few settings on your device, like your sign-in and display choices, so it works the way you left it. We use no advertising cookies or trackers.

• To run SpectrumThrive and answer you in Talk, Untangle and Voice.
• To keep your account safe and the service secure.
• To improve the app, using counts and the feedback you choose to give.
• To share totals with partners, investors, funders and research partners, such as how many people come back each week or how check-in answers change. Totals never name you.
• To send emails you asked for, like your app link or sign-in links.
• To meet legal requirements.

These companies handle information for us only to provide their service, under their own security and privacy terms:

• Supabase: our database and sign-in.
• Vercel: hosting for our websites, and website visit counts.
• OpenAI: writes Onni's and Untangle's replies. It receives only the text needed to answer you. Under its terms for businesses, it does not use this to train its models.
• ElevenLabs: turns speech into text and text into speech. We set it to keep no recordings and to delete transcripts.
• Resend: sends our emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: a quick spam check on our feedback and review pages. It sees your connection while it runs.
• Google: Sign in with Google, and the forms behind our partner and earlier sign-up pages.

We share information beyond this only when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, where this policy keeps applying.

Text messages: we share no mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent stay with us and are shared with no third parties.

Information travels encrypted. Conversation text is also encrypted with a key that belongs to you, before it is saved. Access is limited to the people and systems that need it.

No system is perfectly secure. If something ever affects your information, we will tell you and explain what we are doing about it.

• Your account and everything in it: until you delete your account.
• When you delete your account in Settings, under Privacy, your account, conversations, Roots, Patterns, answers and your personal encryption key are deleted. AI activity counts stay only as totals that no longer connect to you.
• Email me the link requests: until you ask us to remove them.
• Messages you send us: as long as we need them to help you.

• See, correct or download your information: email us and we will help.
• Delete: anytime in the app, in Settings, under Privacy. Or email us.
• Personalization: Onni uses what you shared only when you turn it on, and each switch starts off.
• Emails: tell us anytime and we stop sending them.
• Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as knowing what we collect and asking us to limit how we use sensitive information. Email us and we will honor them.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. For important changes, we also tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
