Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep your sign-in to yourself.

SpectrumThrive offers everyday support for neurodivergent adults: talking things through with Onni, sorting out hard moments in Untangle, calm activities in Unwind, and related tools.

SpectrumThrive is a support tool. It works alongside the people and care in your life. It provides no medical care, diagnosis, therapy, counseling or legal advice, and it is not a crisis service.

In a crisis in the United States, call or text 988 to reach a person right away, or call 911 in an emergency. Outside the United States, contact your local emergency number.

When AI features are on, Onni and some tools use artificial intelligence. You can turn AI features on or off any time in Settings. AI replies can be incomplete or wrong, so use your own judgment, and check anything important with a qualified person.

Decisions about your health, work, money and relationships stay yours.

SpectrumThrive is in early access, also called a beta. Features may change, move, pause or end while we improve them, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

Early access is free. If we start charging, we will tell you the price before anything is charged, and you can choose whether to continue.

Founding members: if you use SpectrumThrive on 8 different days in your first 28 and answer 3 short check-ins, you earn 3 months free once paid plans begin.

Please use SpectrumThrive for your own personal support. You agree to:

• Follow the law, and respect other people and their rights.
• Keep the service safe: use it only through the app and website, and leave its security, limits and code as they are.
• Use your own account, as yourself.
• Keep SpectrumThrive's design, content, prompts and workflows for your personal use, including using them to build, train or test another product only with our written permission.

What you write and say in SpectrumThrive stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve SpectrumThrive, with no obligation to you. We quote you only when you say we can.

SpectrumThrive's name, logo, design, text, images, prompts and software belong to Atara Systems LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use SpectrumThrive under these terms.

We work hard to make SpectrumThrive helpful and reliable. Even so, it is provided as it is and as available, without promises that it will always be accurate, uninterrupted or right for every situation, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, Atara Systems LLC is responsible only for direct losses, up to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data.

Some places give you rights that these limits cannot change. Those rights still apply.

You can stop using SpectrumThrive anytime, and delete your account in Settings, under Privacy.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. When we can, we tell you first.

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For important changes, we tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Using SpectrumThrive after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms follow the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Maryland, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
